  1. Multiple posts on forum mentioning that the 2 day trial is impossible to cancel. I've clicked on My account - Account settings - Billing and subscription - Cancel-Upgrade - Cancel - a pop up shows asking 'really cancel subscription' I click on yes, and no response or change after.Strangely enough, the upgrade link works tho No way to get in touch via email, and no copy of support ticket opened up sent to email. So there's really no way to confirm, unless one posts to the forum and asks for help.
